Test feedback] The stuttering bug of Win10 that has lasted for one year to the present is not the latest update of my illusion: thanks to MikeZTM, it turns out to be an MPO problem, which is caused by a feature optimized for full-screen games. This problem has existed in Win10 and N card drivers since September 20, and it has not been fixed until now! It can be solved by turning off MPO! MPO at this level: one sentence summary: the September 20 version (19041.488) until now (19043.1288 in 21H1) all have the lag problem, not an illusion!

The following is a detailed description of my computer configuration is Intel+N card top configuration, I usually like to open a lot of programs at the same time, but since using Win10 2004~21H1 version, I always feel that the system experience is not right. For example, when you switch to other windows when the VMware virtual machine is turned on, it sometimes feels a little bit stalled than when the virtual machine is not turned on (yes, I have a sharp eye). Also, I am developing a 3D program recently, and I feel that editing the PPT is obviously stuck when it is running. As a patient with advanced obsessive-compulsive disorder, I must find out what's going on. After all, virtual machines are the most commonly used, but I don’t feel that I can achieve the expected experience when using top-level hardware.

This bug is: when there is a program that maximizes the use of graphics card rendering/acceleration in the background (now office software and browsers both have graphics card acceleration), it will cause the foreground window to freeze. The version without this bug will basically not cause the foreground window to freeze even if the graphics card is used up in the background. (It may be inconvenient for friends to observe, the most obvious when I use the 3D program I developed recently, but sorry for the inconvenience)

After a whole day of crazy installation of the system, the dichotomous search for each minor version number from 19H2 to 21H1 was finally found. This is a bug introduced from version 19941.488 (September 20) and continues to the current version. It also affects Win11 (but Win11 has a weaker feeling of stuttering. It may not be noticed under the premise of a known problem like me. After all, it is quite stuck, but the comparison can still find that this bug exists)

I really took it. Buying high-end hardware has improved the smoothness, but it is far from the lag caused by this bug. This bug has been more than a year, Asan begs you to fix it.

经过一整天时间疯狂装系统,对19H2~21H1的每个小版本号进行二分法查找,终于发现了,这是一个自19041.488(20年9月)版本引入的BUG,一直持续至今天版本,也影响Win11(不过Win11卡顿感更弱,不是以我这种已知问题的前提下可能注意不到,毕竟它本身就挺卡,但是对比仍能发现此Bug是存在的)
