4MLinux is a lightweight Linux distribution for 32-bit and 64-bit architectures. It is named "4MLinux" because it has 4 main operating system components. Maintenance (it can be used as a rescue Live CD), Multimedia (with built-in support for almost all multimedia formats), Miniserver (it includes a 64-bit server), and Mystery (a collection of classic Linux games). When installing programs with this distribution, the distribution retrieves the Windows version, not the Linux version, because it comes preinstalled with Wine (a compatibility layer for Windows applications) and doesn't have any package manager.
4MLinux 39.0 stable version is released, the updates are as follows:

FSP (File Service Protocol) server now works out of the box (gFTP can be used as its GUI client)
Made a number of system-wide changes to improve font rendering.
The 4MLinux install script has been patched to better handle JBD partitions.
New applications available as downloadable extensions: Bluefish (advanced text editor), Ventoy (utility for writing image files), TripleA (strategy game written in Java).
youtube-dl has been replaced by yt-dlp for better handling of YouTube videos
