谷歌浏览器Google Chrome正式版迎来v104第二个维护版本发布，详细版本号为v104.0.5112.102，上一个正式版v104.0.5112.81发布于8月3日，时隔14天Google又发布了新版Chrome浏览器，本次升级主要是更新了安全修复和稳定性改进及用户体验。

谷歌浏览器v104正式版主要更新，本次更新包括延长电池续航、页面加载实验、更好的屏幕共享工具以及Chromebooks的少量UI变化。加速页面加载的实验，Google正在测试一项名为"LazyEmbeds"的实验，该实验将自动延后加载一些嵌入式内容，而无需页面要求。调整CPU占用率延长电池续航，Quick Intensive Timer Throttling将能减少10%的CPU使用时间，进一步改善电池寿命。

谷歌浏览器v103正式版主要更新，Google一直致力于让Chrome更快，在Chrome 103中再次获得提速，大幅缩短了页面加载时间。 Chrome 103包括对103 Early Hints HTTP响应代码的支持，值得注意的是这里的“103”和Chrome 103版本号无关。主流浏览器在您点击或点击链接之前就开始预取页面。103 Early Hints HTTP只是让这个过程稍微快一点，而在互联网上，稍微快一点很重要。

谷歌浏览器v102正式版主要更新，对后端API进行了一系列与开发者相关的增强，并废除了其他一些API，同时还为桌面上的渐进式网络应用程序（PWA）提供了窗口控制覆盖特性。这个版本的一个关键功能是，开发人员能够控制桌面PWA中的更多空间，这是通过允许客户端应用程序扩展和控制整个屏幕来实现的，所谓窗口控制可以理解为标题栏上的关闭、最大化和最小化按钮。这将使PWA看起来更像本地应用程序。

谷歌浏览器v101正式版主要更新，带来了诸多改进，首先是提供了联合凭据管理API（FedCM）的早期试用，据说该应用程序接口旨在保护身份隐私的情况下继续使用相关用例、而无需借助扩展点追踪（比如第三方cookie）。不过目前FedCM仅在Android移动平台上的Chrome 101稳定版上启用，桌面版还得等到下一次Chrome 102版本。
