IT House has learned that the National Development and Reform Commission, the Central Internet Information Office, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the National Energy Administration have jointly issued a notice recently, agreeing to conduct business operations in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze River Delta, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Chengdu-Chongqing, Inner Mongolia, Guizhou, Eight places including Gansu and Ningxia have started the construction of national computing power hub nodes, and 10 national data center clusters have been planned.

Among them, the reply letter from the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments on the approval of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to start the construction of a national hub node of a national integrated computing power network shows that the Inner Mongolia hub should give full play to the region’s advantages in climate, energy, environment, etc., and develop high-reliability, High-efficiency, low-carbon data center clusters, optimize the interconnection network between east and west and the direct connection network between hub nodes, build a low-cost integrated computing power supply system through cloud-network collaboration, multi-cloud management and other technologies, focusing on improving computing service quality and efficiency. Utilize efficiency to build a nationwide computing power guarantee base.

In addition, the Helinger data center cluster is planned to be established at the Inner Mongolia hub, and the boundary of the starting area is the Helinger New District and Jining Big Data Industrial Park.

报道指出,乌兰察布大数据中心是快手第一个自建超大规模互联网数据中心,将大量采用国产芯片。

IT之家了解到,国家发改委、中央网信办、工业和信息化部、国家能源局近期联合印发通知,同意在京津冀、长三角、粤港澳大湾区、成渝、内蒙古、贵州、甘肃、宁夏等 8 地启动建设国家算力枢纽节点,并规划了 10 个国家数据中心集群,“东数西算”工程正式全面启动。

其中,国家发展改革委等部门关于同意内蒙古自治区启动建设全国一体化算力网络国家枢纽节点的复函显示,内蒙古枢纽要充分发挥本区域在气候、能源、环境等方面的优势,发展高可靠、高能效、低碳数据中心集群,优化东西部间互联网络和枢纽节点间直连网络,通过云网协同、多云管理等技术构建低成本的一体化算力供给体系,重点提升算力服务品质和利用效率,打造面向全国的算力保障基地。

此外,内蒙古枢纽规划设立和林格尔数据中心集群,起步区边界为和林格尔新区和集宁大数据产业园。
