December 20, 2021 jsDelivr encountered a large-scale access error in mainland China, and its SSL certificate was replaced with a default certificate, which caused user verification errors. The reason for this is that jsDelivr's filing license is cancelled, so access to the relevant domain name is directly blocked after the filing problem is detected.
As a countermeasure, jsDelivr has transferred all requests from mainland China to nearby areas through the DNS domain name resolution system, and access has been restored after the transfer. The so-called nearby area refers to the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and other CDN nodes, that is to say, if the current domestic users continue to visit, they will return to the Hong Kong CDN node.
The news came early today that jsDelivr is unavailable. Xiaobai also uses their static resources to speed up services. Earlier, it was said that the SSL certificate had expired. Then MJJ detectives checked that jsDelivr had renewed the certificate. As a result, the service has not been restored after a long time. When I watched again in the evening, jsDelivr had already migrated the CDN to Fastly, with nodes in Hong Kong, Japan, and Singapore. It belongs to the more expensive CDN. The domestic speed is not bad.
According to the grapevine, jsDelivr has a large number of Github shared libraries to accelerate. Then which libraries are strange resources. It is definitely unrealistic to let jsd review resources. So the filing was revoked. This will directly lead to the inability to use the domestic CDN. There is no high probability that it can be restored in the future.
Students who use jsDelivr to speed up CSS, JS, fonts, and images are recommended to move away.

作为应对措施jsDelivr已经通过DNS域名解析系统将中国大陆地区全部请求转到临近区域，转移后访问已经恢复。所谓临近区域指的是香港特别行政区等CDN节点，也就是说目前国内用户继续访问的话返回的是香港CDN节点。
今天一大早就来消息jsDelivr无法访问了。小白也是使用的他们家静态资源加速服务。早先据说是SSL证书到期了。然后经过MJJ侦探查看jsDelivr已经续期证书。结果半天过去了依然没有恢复服务。晚间再看的时候jsDelivr已经把CDN迁移到了Fastly，节点有香港日本新加坡。属于比较昂贵的CDN。国内速度还算不错。
据小道消息jsDelivr 有大量 Github共有库加速。然后哪些库又是奇奇怪怪的资源。让jsd去审查资源肯定是不现实的。所以就撤销了备案。这样就直接导致无法使用国内网宿CDN了。以后能不能恢复大概率也是无了。
有用jsDelivr做CSS、JS、字体、图片加速的同学建议搬离。
备案许可已被注销：

出现这种情况的原因在于jsDelivr 备案许可被注销 , 因此网宿科技在检测到备案问题后直接阻断相关域名的访问。
目前尚不清楚备案被取消的具体原因，平台方给出的官方公告是意外失去备案许可，因此部分区域出现禁止访问。

站长应考虑是否迁移：
此次问题尚不清楚具体原因不过现在请求被转到临近区域后访问可能会出现延迟，即调用的资源加载时间会更长。
使用香港数据中心的节点自然不如内地节点的访问速度快，但是对于平台来说当前能快速完成迁移已经仁至义尽。
对网站管理员和站长来说应该考虑是否需要迁移平台，即调用的开源项目是否要替换成其他内容分发网络提供商。
如果只是个人网站或访问量较低的网站不迁移自然也可以，毕竟延迟稍微增加对低频访问用户来说影响不会太大。
