The following teaches you how to obtain local traffic.
Prepare a batch of mobile phone cards to register WeChat account.
The Wenyin shop printed a stack of advertising papers and wrote: “Please add WeChat XX to the residents and pull in the XX group of community owners.”
Visit the local community and post printed advertisement papers.
If someone comes to add you, just pass it two days later, so they forget why they added you.

每个行业都尽量搜集多的商家信息,可以用作谈判筹码,以及备选方案。

3、制作便民小卡片

到文印店制作便民小卡片,类似于超市购物卡,在背面打印上商家的联系方式。用户凭便民小卡片给与一定折扣优惠。

本来我只是想做一个小尝试,没想到效果很好。

很多商家都表示很有兴趣参加。

最后结果:

便民卡的成本:0.3元/张,商家参加费用:400-900元

所以最终利润=40*400~900=16000~36000元。

不同小区的情况不同,定价也不同,整体平均收入在2W左右。

你可以按照小区来收费,也可以按照辐射范围来收费。

这个模式是可以复制的。

比如可以按照片区来操作,比如A片区制作一份商家便民卡片,针对B片区,制作另外一份商家名片,你又可以另外收钱了。

再说一下,不用担忧58同城的竞争力。

首先你要知道:

1、很多商家并不会用同城网。

2、同城网上的范围太大了,所以上门时间很长。

3、用户一般需要联系他们都是急切需求,比如大门的锁坏了,厕所堵了,灯坏了,等不了那么多时间,大多数人的第一反应就是找身边的便民广告。

这就是你做信息差的机会。

流量变现

不管做任何项目,都要考虑到流量的问题,有流量才有收益。

下面教你获取本地流量的方法。

准备一批手机卡注册微信小号。

文印店打印一沓广告纸张,写:「请住户加微信XX,拉入小区业主XX群」。

走访本地小区,张贴打印好的广告纸张。

用两个月时间来执行,算你偷懒+效率低+运气差,可以带来至少十几个满5000人的微信号。

一个满5000人的微信号价值4000-5000元(精准客户的微信号卖给商家,价格只高不低)。
