FreeFileSync 11.16 is updated as follows: Allows selection and deletion of invalid configuration files to migrate all HTTPS requests to use libcurl (Linux, macOS)

Fix the problem that the configuration selection is lost after automatically cleaning up outdated lines. Install the application file. The owner is set to root (Linux)
