Open source free video editing tool VidCoder Chinese version is an open source DVD/Blu-ray ripping and video transcoding application for Windows. It uses HandBrake as its encoding engine. Vidcoder is a free and open source video download, editing, subtitle and uploading tool. It can be applied to DVD/Blu-ray video capture and transcoding operations. More importantly, it can import subtitles and perform school teams. Currently, it supports The Chinese language pack is more convenient to operate.

You will need the .NET 5 desktop runtime. If you don't have one, VidCoder will prompt you to download and install it. The Portable version is standalone and does not require any .NET Runtime to be installed.
VidCoder works without installing HandBrake.
Blu-ray and DVD VidCoder can rip Blu-ray and DVD, but cannot break the encryption on commercial discs. You have several options to remove it:
AnyDVD HD ($122, instantly removes encryption for Blu-rays and DVDs, good support for all discs)
Blu-ray/DVD key ($168, instantly removes encryption from Blu-ray and DVD, good support for all discs)
Passkey Lite (free, instantly removes encryption from Blu-rays and DVDs, doesn't support all discs)
MakeMKV (free, need to copy to hard disk before encoding, supports Blu-ray and DVD)
WinX DVD Ripper ($60, DVD only, needs to be copied to hard drive before encoding)

Picked up fix from Clowd.Squirrel package to allow specifying a specific version of the .NET Framework. Changed to specify 6.0.2 so the right framework version is installed on systems where 6.0.1 is installed. This fixes the hung install issue on those systems.
