IT之家了解到，《权力的游戏》目前发行的蓝光盘已经有 4K 版本，但流媒体版本暂没有 4K 分辨率。
《权力的游戏》改编自美国作家乔治・R・R・马丁的奇幻小说《冰与火之歌》系列，全八季已完结。衍生剧《龙之家族》改编自乔治・R・R・马丁的《火与血》，设定在《权力的游戏》事件发生前 200 年，讲述了坦格利安家族的故事。
