为什么卖货?

你卖什么商品?

食品与营养赛道是一个大赛道,不局限于大家熟知的汤料和养生茶,还有很多细分品类。我自己的交付团队将继续在这个轨道上扩展新的类别,一旦产品经过测试,它们将继续与所有成员共享。

怎么卖?

由于这次项目针对的人群是新个体为主,秉承低成本投入的原则,最终我选择了2种适合新个体入局的方式

(1)带货矩阵模式

先做一个带货号的角色,通过制作内容的方式,把好产品卖给有需要的消费者,从中赚取销售佣金

单号佣金达到一定标准后,就可以批量复制类似账号,一个人可以同时运营3-5个号

这种模式适合纯新手起步,不需要管后端发货打包和退货的事情,专注生产内容卖货即可赚收益,测通一个号之后就可以横向拓展放大!

(2)私域直营模式

通过在平台制作内容获取流量,然后引流到微信上来成交,通过私域的持续运营持续吃复购的红利

对比在平台开店,私域直营的好处就是先收客户的钱,再安排发货,所以没有周转资金的压力

这里再简单说几点:

关于卖货这件事,收益的高低和很多因素相关,选品、内容、账号、引导...

但是一个合格的账号,做到单日1000+的收益不算特别难,而我们测试下来,一个人可以同时运营3-5个账号

另外,我找一些同行聊过,2-3个人的小团队,一个月的营收普遍可以做到6-10W左右,利润40%-50%

当然,任何产品都有淡旺季之分,在旺季的时候,单号单天的营收跑到一两万也是常事

而卖货这件事,最大的好处是可以把生意越做越大!

即使一开始只做一个带货账号,做的好就可以发展成带货矩阵,三五个人的团队就可以同时运营几十个能出货的账号

当然,发展到一定阶段,你可以在平台开店,这样能实现利润最大化

运营店铺主要是靠达人分销来出货,有不少同行在热点来的时候上架新品,靠达人分销当晚销量1w+,一晚上净赚十几万
