前两天，分享了一篇我做抖音中视频宠物领域的实操案例抖音被动收益3500+，中视频计划实操案例分享，这个项目我从去年11月份左右开始，12月份开始流量爆发变现，到今天累积各平台变现20w，抖音爆过百万赞五六千万播放的大热门，b站也累积三次上过全站的热门推荐板块。
有人觉得能做起来可能是运气比较好，不否认有这方面因素，因为一些视频的热门确实超乎意料，但是在此之前我也做过一个抖音50w粉、快手20w粉，但是几乎没啥变现的萌宠账号。
两个账号的主角都是我曾经养过的两只猫，前者是我大三时候花60块钱在路边地摊买的一只狸猫，后者是我17年在上海当打工仔那俩月，在贴吧认识一个广东靓仔那里领养的银渐层。
我目前账号的变现主要是来自于中视频计划，其次是星图广告，靠广告来变现也是我摸索出的宠物领域确定性最高的变现方法。
（收益见仁见智，一般来说一条视频在全网的收益基本就是三四千起步，当然我比较懒，只发了抖音西瓜b站，如果做中视频的铁子，如果勤奋一些可以发发百家号、企鹅号等全网平台，一天也能多赚几百，当然直接搬运100%不行哈）
有人或许会觉得那种影视、纪录片、漫画、故事会一类的混剪号更好做，但不可避免的一个问题就是内容同质化太严重，只能靠批量起号来博概率。
萌宠领域的内容之所以好做，核心的逻辑是因为内容自带流量，在抖音猫的内容占比应该是高于狗，我这个判断是基于在抖音运营人员拉我进的一个萌宠领域交流微信群里，养猫的博主十个能有八九个。
但是也别觉得中视频有多暴利，根本不存在，但我现在还能坚持在做的原因，仅仅是因为不花什么时间就可以躺着赚点生活费和零花钱，好的时候一天一两千，一般时候六七百这样子，有人可能不清楚，平台提现时会自动扣20%个税，但好在这笔钱会次年退税退回来。
我今年的计划原本是策划下我家第三只猫，做萌宠号矩阵，这是一只金渐层，但可惜被宠物医院的庸医一针送走了，痛失一位员工。
我耗费了两周的时间做课件，录制了三节总时长6.8小时的保姆级中视频实操教程，全部毫无保留讲解和拆解我实操中视频的方法，一步步操作演示和讲解。
