群晖DSM 7.1正式发布：一个APP管理NAS所有文件 彻底取代网盘

限速、视频被和谐……很多小伙伴无奈选择了自建NAS，不过网盘的用户体验是传统NAS厂商无法比拟的。
而最近，群晖NAS系统DSM 7.1正式发布，Synology Drive迎来史诗级加强：在Drive 3.1中做了一个重要的改动，配合新版Drive APP Beta，实现网盘APP的功能。
以往Drive只会索引/home底下的/Drive文件夹，这就导致了位于平行位置的 /Photos，以及其他文件夹在Drive没有办法被看到，大家也就只能用相对应的套件去查看、管理其中的文件。
而在Drive 3.1中，你只需要在【Synology Drive 管理控制台】的【团队文件夹】中选择【我的文件】，再点击【转换】，即可将Drive的索引范围扩大至整个/home目录。
完成之后，你Photos中的照片、Audio Station中的音乐，也同样可以在Drive中管理和浏览。
ps.这个操作会使得Drive开始索引大量文件，需要占用系统性能一段时间，建议大家在空闲时间进行。
如何为 Drive 添加团队文件夹，使得你的Drive可以看到NAS中你有权限的所有文件呢？
默认状态下，与 /home 平行的共享文件夹，Drive中是看不到的。
就比如红圈中的那些：但我们只需要在【Synology Drive 管理控制台】>【团队文件夹】中，选中所需要的文件夹进行【启用】并确定。
之后就能在 Drive 中看到它了通过这个操作，Drive 就能管理NAS上几乎所有的文件了，并且你还能只选择自己常用的文件夹，避免文件夹过于繁杂。
新版Drive APP Beta在体验上靠近之前的概念版应用 Drive X，并且支持 iOS。之前倍受好评的新版界面与分类浏览都得到了保留，还新增了自定义同步任务的功能。
再配合上面提到的Drive Serve 索引范围扩大，现在，你在手机上也可以查看和管理NAS中的所有文件了。
并且新版 APP 也能实现照片备份与文件同步，完全可以覆盖手机上的大部分需求。

How to add a team folder to Drive so that your Drive can see all the files you have permission in the NAS?
By default, shared folders parallel to /home are not visible in Drive.
Just like those in the red circle: but we only need to select the desired folder in [Synology Drive Management Console] > [Team Folder], [Enable] and confirm.
After that, you can see it in Drive. Through this operation, Drive can manage almost all files on the NAS, and you can only select your frequently used folders to avoid too complicated folders.
The new version of Drive APP Beta is close to the previous concept version of the application Drive X in experience, and supports iOS. The previously well-received new interface and category browsing have been retained, and the function of customizing synchronization tasks has also been added.
Combined with the expansion of the Drive Serve index mentioned above, now you can also view and manage all files in the NAS on your mobile phone.
And the new version of the APP can also realize photo backup and file synchronization, which can fully cover most of the needs on the mobile phone.
ps. The photo backup function will repeatedly back up the photos that have been backed up by Synology Photos. It is recommended to choose one of the two. If you are already using Photos' photo backup, it is recommended to continue to use it, and you can disable Drive's photo backup function.
